Do you use Night Shift?

I work at night and sleep during the day. I commonly read the news in the morning after working a 12 hour nightshift. I usually read in my room. I have dark curtains to keep the light out and being able to make the screen less bright and warm is a bonus for me.

Use it & love it. Of course I can see the difference to daytime but my eyes get used to the warm colors fairly quick.

I still need to get used to it a bit as my first thought is always: "hell, yellow tint. What's wrong."

But I think soon my brain will be adjusted and then will be fine. It's a good to have that option.

What setting do you guys use? Do you leave it in the middle? On f.lux for my mac I have it on 4000k, not sure what part of the bar that would be.

I use it, but I’m wondering why Apple has chosen to disable it during Low Battery Mode. Is it a power hog? And if so, is the power it’s using worth it for the possibility (not certainty) of better sleep?
