AdGuard and 1Blocker are great. AdGuard probably greater owing to offering a lifetime license for 9 devices.

Also, I would take this website with a pinch of salt where facts and correct information are concerned. A title reads, "Apple UPGRADES its 14 and 16 inch MacBook Pros..."

They did not upgrade the 14" device, they launched it.

I'm curious: for anyone who has used 1Blocker, Wipr, and AdGuard, any observations as to differences in effectiveness and breaking the fewest sites?

I have used mostly 1Blocker and Wipr and found them both to be very effective, with responsive developers, adding YouTube ad blocking again within the last few weeks, and with only the occasional site load problem.

Wipr is obviously intended to be minimalistic; 1Blocker, more customizable.

Not sure I would have much to gain by switching to AdGuard other than a little extra feature customization, but I'm happy to be proven wrong.

1Blocker is great from what I can tell, but is it normal for it to continue to run in the background?

Norton Ad Blocker works well
