Spoke to our Service Desk last night. Apparently not only is there a known issue with Good not working with the latest iOS 10 betas, there's also an open issue with iOS 9.3.4 not being compatible (apparently BlackBerry engineers have to make a back-end change to support 9.3.4, then it has to propagate, then administrators have to restart their GMM/GMC servers). I downgraded from iOS 10 to iOS 9 (off on holiday soon and can't afford to risk new betas breaking things) and found I can't use Good on either...

Confirmed last night on my 6s running iOS 10 PB that I can't get past the password on GOOD. Uninstalled the app, and now using it on my SE running iOS 9.3.4.

MaaS 360 is an IBM product, Microsoft uses Intune :)
As stated elsewhere in this thread, Good was very finicky with each iOS update (e.g., IT had to send out an anticipated date after which we could update iOS without breaking Good functionality). That being said, I have MaaS 360 installed on an iPad Mini running iOS 10 public beta and all is fine.

My company moved over to the GOOD work SUITE which includes: GOOD work, GOOD Connect and GOOD access... All 3 are working fine for me on Beta 5

Downgrade to 9.3.3 while it's still being signed. Alternatively, try 10B6?

Not going to try more betas until I know it'll work (and as others have said, it doesn't). How easy is it to get 9.3.3? Reverting from 10pb4 took me to 9.3.4.

Looks like they won't fix it until later September upon final iOS release. Here is what blackberry wrote on their message boards to people complaining:

Hello All,

Thank you for your questions and interest.

Currently, BlackBerry and our ISV partners are working to ensure that all Good Dynamic apps, as well as Good for Enterprise, are ready on day one for the iOS 10 and Android N general availability releases.

However, the iOS 10 beta and Android N developer preview releases are not officially supported by BlackBerry. Given potential issues with using these beta/preview releases with Good apps, BlackBerry recommends that users do not install these releases.

It's important that Good app end users connect with their company IT administrators for specific questions and guidance on adoption actions and timelines for iOS 10 and Android N.

Yeah. PB 4 also broke GOOD for me. Had to rollback to iOS 9. Sucked because I really like iOS 10. Hopefully they get this fixed before the final release. I wonder what changed between PB 3 and PB4 as it was working just fine.

Just got PB5 and still not working. I'm using outlook for web in meantime

It's going to take an app update from Good at this point. This is not the first time this has happened. I remember last year a regular iOS update broke Good and I think it took them a couple of weeks to update the app to fix it. It shocks me so many large companies still depend on this crap app for corp email. They must be cheap.

Typical CYA response. They are always going to say on the record that beta software is not supported. My hope is an app update is released before the main iOS release.

This is why you don't install betas if you intend to use software on an enterprise level. I can't believe nobody pointed this out, it's beta software, and is especially complicated with enterprise priorities.

I have to use Good because I don't want to carry two devices so I am BYOD. So it's my device to do whatever I want with it. I also know Betas can break things so I always archive backups and do rollbacks if needed. It was working fine until PB 4.

Same here. Nothing wrong with trying betas when you're BYOD providing you accept the risk, prepare for problems and have backups available to roll back to. Unfortunately the (as yet unfixed in my case) 9.3.4 bug is a pain.

I downgraded to 9.3.4 on my 6s+ and have no issues running GfE. Did you try uninstall and reprovision?

Yes. I'm also following the advice of my company's Service Desk, who are still saying that they're waiting on BlackBerry engineers for a fix. Maybe it only affects certain devices, users or activities.
