Don't use it at all. I use a folder structure that is duplicated on my iPad and iPhone.
Just curious have you deleted all your folders and just use the App Library and the default home Screen ...If so do you find it easier to navigate..
Thanks all
I still want to disable it. To me it makes your iPhone even LESS customizable.
Just don't swipe to that page, doesn't change the way the phone works at all, and doesn't make it less customisable either.

The "just don't swipe to that page" argument doesn't cut it. I understand that may work for some, but the fact that it's still there is an annoyance. Almost like the "just don't hold your phone that way" argument.
You can complain all you want, it ain’t gonna happen any more than you can disable the Widget today page on the left that no one here seems to continue to grumble about.
Not sure why you’re still beating this horse.
I've been using it and so far I like it. Still have to figure out which folder some of the apps are placed, but like that my most used are shown in large scale. Miss the notification icons though.
There's a setting in Settings -> Home Screen when you can enable the Notification Badges in the App Library.
The App Library doesn't really need to be used and the existing home screens, folders, and apps continue to work basically like they did before.I hate the App Library. It's set up the way someone else internalizes things - not the way I internalize things. At least I was able to turn off the suggestions.
I also deleted every widget that was pre-installed. I simply don't need and don't want them. I can get to the apps on my home screen just as quickly and I know where they are. Apple and its fanboys keep talking about how great it will be the clean up all those messy, disorganized home screens. My home screen isn't disorganized to me.
The problem is this: I pay nearly a thousand dollars for a phone then have to change the way I think to meet the demands of the device? Just who is serving who here?
