Do you maybe not have all the necessary things enabled in Location Services > System Services to make Maps more accurate?

Well, I don't know why this doesn't happen for you neither...
I'm sure that you just don't notice or dot want to notice all the problems ;-)

I don't know if I have the same "issue". I rarely use maps because I generally know how to get to where I am going. But thanks for basically saying I'm too stupid to notice. I was asking you to perhaps help you solve whatever it is. (Which you never answered if you checked what I asked and instead insulted me)

Well, if you compare it to google maps, you will see what I mean...

May I ask you where you live (country)

This is the main reason I do not use apple maps. The delay in visual update has been there on every single iPhone I've ever used since apple released their navigation app. I'm surprised this "issue"
hasn't been discussed before.

lagwagon, i didn't insult you...

Yeah, I don't know why there wasn't a discussion before about that bug! I already gave apple feedback about that.

But is it really fixed in iOS 10? Can anyone confirm?

It is, at least for me, much much better now in Beta 2. I live in Sweden.

It was the main reason I didn't use Maps...used the public beta version Friday and it was "fixed" for me...was the first thing I looked for and was pleased to see the arrow in the same spot as the car.

Really glad to hear and definitely looking forward for the release!
