Does iTunes 8.1 detects jalbroken iPhones and reports to apple and voids warrenty?

Fake.
I'm on 2.2 Unlocked and jailbroken on both of my iPhones, and my iPod touch is on 2.2.1. I have synced with iTunes 8.1 like thirty times, nothing has happened.
Message to Apple: Come and get me

I checked my warranty status and it's still valid so I declare this thread BS.

Where does one check this.

BTW, since 8.1 update, my sync's have been just as quick as before.
