Has it already been mentioned that Siri's new animation is damn near identical to the animation that plays during the installation and setup of Windows 7?
Feel free to add this to your OP, @Gjwilly:

They both contain witch of Agnesi curves—Siri more-so than the Win7 installer—and shift through multiple hues of light. Visually, the Win7 installer seems to be light changing colors as it shines through a crack while Siri is a collection of multicolored waves reacting to sound.

It's not a similarity I would've immediately recognized, but it's there.
um, yeah, uh-huh, a shiny round light moving in one direction along a line to show something is taking time, looks JUST LIKE the new Siri animation in action :rolleyes:
