I have a few questions:

Apparently the iPad has a FM Radio inbuilt (Don't need to be connected to wifi or 3G to play the radio) IS it true?

Through jail breaking can I "unlock it/use it"?

Can i use voice control on the iPad?

It doesn't have an FM radio built in.

Through Jailbreaking you get access to features that Apple do not give you with official releases.

I don't think you can use voice control, as there is no microphone. It seems it does

The chip inside that the ip4 iPad And ip3gs have is capable of picking up fm

Erm yes there is a microphone

While FM reception and voice control are "possible" neither has been implemented. You can run a search on voice control for the iPad and there are jailbreak options out there. As for FM, there are a number of radio applications out there (as well as police/fire scanners) but as for now, at least, they require wifi or 3G.

So, Apple may add in the ios4 (iPad) update, a radio app.

EDIT: Link - this is why Google is better than Yahoo

As with all things Apple, they may add it or they may never add it.

Why would they pay to put an FM radio thing in it but then never use it.

Also I have a Lg viewty phone, with Bluetooth (a2dp) can I copy files from my iPad to my phone (Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR technology).

It's a Broadcom chip that enables Bluetooth and FM, so it's not just floating out there with nothing to do. As far as Bluetooth file transfer goes, that's also a "not yet."

You really expect apple to put anything worthwhile on the the iPad. They can't even let us have flash even though 99% of people want it. Remember if apple says you don't need it you don't need it.

Apple can't design antennas to save there life. Even after the 4gen of the phone.
Their solution to a lack of antennae would be to recommend plugging in headphones. But enabling the FM radio would possibly reduce iTunes store sales. The iPod Nano has an enabled radio, but it has no direct connection to the store. I read that even the 3G iPhone has a disabled (or non-enabled) FM facility.

I am using wunder radio. It has 99% of my local stations and even the stations I used to listen to in the UK.

This is an argument that I don't really understand and I've read it around many places. The iPod Nano does allow tagging of songs to be downloaded later on in the iTunes Store. If anything, an FM radio would increase song sales because more songs are getting exposed than what's just on your iPod and people would probably want to listen to that song repeatedly.

It doesn't have an FM radio builtin but with free Apps like "HiDef Radio" you have so many more station options why would you want a builtin one?

Oh really? It tells you that the iPad has a microphone, but doesn't tell you about voice control, it also doesn't tell you about the FM radio even though ifixit confirmed that it does.

Um, no.
It has a mic, that is correct. However the iPad does not support FM radio, regardless of what the chips inside are potentially capable of and regardless of what ifixit says. It also does not support Apple's voice control à la iPhone 3GS/4. 3rd party solutions are a) hardly worth it and b) not well integrated like the iPhone's voice control.

So, the spec sheet is correct.
+ mic
- voice control
- FM radio
