Does the iPad have FM Radio inbuilt?

It has a mic, that is correct. However the iPad does not support FM radio, regardless of what the chips inside are potentially capable of and regardless of what ifixit says. It also does not support Apple's voice control à la iPhone 3GS/4. 3rd party solutions are a) hardly worth it and b) not well integrated like the iPhone's voice control.

So, the spec sheet is correct.

Thank you for making my point. The spec sheet is pretty clear, if however someone decides to read more into it then that is on them.
