Having a shuffle has also taught me how to just put playlists I'm interested in the moment. I don't have many pictures and I have little movies on my computer. I guess I'd love to put a few seasons of my favorite tv shows on there, but I can put in like 10 at a time or something of the sort. I can't get an iphone till I graduate summer of '08 anyways since AT&T is terrible at college.

I can't wait though

No....I'll be able to have all my music on it...plus some photos, the OS, contacts etc...but not much room for a movie. I'll make it, but I'd love 16Gb, that be room for all my Music and Music vidoes, a few Tv shows, and Movies, photos, OS , and anything else I can put on there

Yeah.. I've got a 10 gig iPod, and it's got something like 4 gigs free. However, if I could put videos and photos on it, it'd probably have more like 2 gigs free. so it looks like I'd need an 8 gigs, just to be even with what I have now, which, in theory is fine.

Unfortunately, the device I'm about to buy isn't going to be 4 years old, and while it's acceptable for me to use right now on a 4 year old iPod, it's not acceptable for a brand new über expensive device.

No. I need to be able to store all my favorite TV shows, my entire DVD collection, and every song I've ever heard in CD quality on my cell phone.

Yeah, and until it has a 42" plasma display and a UHDTV video camera with 34x optical zoom built in, it's not worth my time. :D
