Does the S5 look better than the S4?

If one will carry their phone naked then i can say the back is a definite improvement although still pretty ordinary in my opinion (Perforated plastic)..If one is going to cover it up, it would be hard to tell the difference at all between the S4 and the S5..
Well the back looks better, but otherwise they look similar.

Front to back, I find the S4 more appealing.
The bezels on the S5 look more pronounced which kills the sleek look the S4 had.

Obviously haven't seen it in person, but prefer the smaller physical size and smaller bezels on the s4, so I'd say s4 aesthetics. Though prefer the look of the camera and flash on s5

I think it looks better. For me, the blue one is really nice. However, I'm not in the market for an upgrade.

Everyone has different tastes. For me, the S5 looks better. Maybe the bezels aren't as aesthetic as the 4, however.
I think the S5 uses a better back cover but I think the black edition S4 with the faux leather back looks the best.

I find the Note 3 to look the best over all of them even if it is quite large for many people. I give the Note 3 a 8/10 in design. The best Galaxy S design came from the S II in 2011. The most interesting design from Samsung was the Galaxy Nexus (8.5/10) that same year. They used better plastics than the glossy ones found on the S3/S4/Note 2.

I voted 'no' because aesthetically there is very little difference between the two models IMO. I'm sure people will trade in their S4 for the S5 and lovingly stare at it for hours taking pride in the very subtle changes, but on first glance most people wouldn't tell the difference.
Its not really about the exterior, its what happens on the inside that counts for me. The exterior has no purpose other than to look nice and really its the application that matters with daily use.

The same people who upgraded from 5 to the 5S will upgrade I imagine. It's a good upgrade just not an upgrade where you have to upgrade or be crazy not to.
On just aesthetics it's a so so. I reserve judgment till I see it in person.
But if it "looks better" on paper not just aesthetically but taking into account hardware specs - then yes it clearly looks better - but just not enough that I can see a swathe of current S4 or Note 3 owners switching to it.

It's an unfavourable comparison. Could also say it's similar to the perforated leather in some performance cars
Also front: no, the S4 had better proportions. The bezel size and the way everything was placed is spot on. The back however...yeah definitely. Then again anything would have been an improvement.
