Dude stop. Every time I read your post, it's always the same tone. Jailbreak isn't for everyone and being condecending in your own special way. Yes I get it that it's not for everyone but you can't always be blame it on the user. Just because you don't experience any problems doesn't mean it's a perfect world for everyone else.
I've been jailbreaking since the 3GS and I've always been able to correct any problem except this JB.
And yes, I did try to isolate the tweaks and still had the same problem. For example, I removed every tweak and my apple watch would still not sync with my iPhone's Activity app.
There are a number of other problems that I encountered and many I was able to fix but others I couldn't.

Anyway, get off your high horse and think of something new to post.
Dude stop. If you have been jb since the 3GS then you should know by now it's not the jb but the tweaks you install and whatever damage they did that stayed even after you removed the tweak. Pangu 9 has been one of the most stable jbs yet. You screwed it up not the jb. If you can't figure that out then idk what you have been doing w your jb since the 3GS tbh. When it's the jb itself then manyyyyh have the same issues Like this type w the double duplicate for all day events in calendar.

It's very true that some things installed can screw things up majorly and even after you remove the hack the damage is still left there.
Been there, done that. Had to restore, setup as new, jb again. If jb iOS version is not signed any longer you're stuck going stock and waiting for the next jb or if possible try a semi restore, ilex rat, compactor or similar process and hope for the best.
If the above angry poster "loyalist" gave us specific packages that he had issues with, what version, the specific problems he had with them we could have gone in detail if we have the same bugs etc...
If everyone with a pangu jb device has the same iwatch conflict. Is it widespread for everyone or an isolated issue with just his setup?

A specific jb program wether that's pangu, taig, blackrain, spirit, limerain or whatever is called only does one thing.
It's never guaranteed that all hacks will work with all jb devices on any iOS version.
The jb comes first then everything else needs to be updated and edited to work with the new jb on the new iOS version. Including Cydia, mobile substrate, safe mode and tons of other applets that we don't even think about along every Cydia package.
Not the other way around.
The jb itself is not written around to be compatible with all previous or available Cydia hacks.
