Downgrading iOS 5.1.1 to 3.1.3

Hi all,

Is there ANY way to downgrade iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 3.1.3 on an iPod Touch 3rd Generation (64GB)?

I read that you can, if you have SHSH blobs, but I don't have those.

I purely want to downgrade to 3.1.3 because I like the way it is so simple and fluid.
