I suggest that the Macintosh garden links be added into this thread to deter future posts like this (and hopefully from further discussions of the legality of such matters).

Good news: I produced a major overhaul of that WikiPost recently, and there are now links to abandonware sources for each major version of Mac OS X and Mac OS.
