iPhone 15 pro max
iOS 26.5
Issue with downloading Support for playground
The app worked about a week ago. Since updating to iOS 26.5 on my iPhone and iPadOS 26.5 when I try to create a new image all I get is downloading support for image playground. I have tried:
Shutting down and restarting
Turning off Apple Intelligence (after confirming set to English United States ) restarting and turning it back on
Deleting app and reinstalling

Any thing else I can try or do I need to wait for iOS and iPadOS 26.5.2

Same issue here(also no Genmoji), but I am on Pro Max 17. Tried all the "fixes" and nothing worked.

Hoping someone has a fix.

iPhone 16 Pro Max, IOS 26.5 and iPad Pro M1 iPad os 26.5
I can access previous generated photos in image playground, but if I press “+new image” I get the support download message.
Did the power off, restart, turn off Apple Intelligence, power off, restart, turn on Apple Intelligence, power off, restart, delete image playground, power off, reinstall image playground, power off, rinse and repeat.
The fix for me is to turn off Apple Intelligence, delete image playground, power off, and leave the devices in another room.

having the same problems on 26.5 but works on 27 beta1
not just on my iphone but my mac and iPad so not device specific
They also had me remove all security/VPN programs and reset my network settings, but nothing was working. Definitely seems to be either something in the software or on their server side.
