Captured with a DJI Air 2 with the teeny, weeny, tiny, minuscule sensor, about the size of your mobile phone sensor and a few good years old to boot. A throwaway memory of a holiday cut brutally short when the first lockdown happened here in South Australia, for that virus that changed the world. I've always wanted to do a hedgerow maze and I got this close! One day I'll make the few hour drive back out to it.

And a couple of images from my Autel EVO 2 Pro, with its behemoth 1" sensor, that's actually not 1" in dimension on any plane!

All three images bring back an emotional response to my seeing them, and in my eyes, that makes my use of a UAV perfectly valid.

Can someone recommend a solid drone for a new starter?! I don’t want to spend a lot but just want to learn shooting from that perspective.
Did you ever end up biting the bullet on a UAV? These days you can get some incredible secondhand deals on the DJI Mavic 2 Pro or the Autel EVO 2 Pro, both with exceptional flight, image and video quality for a flying compact camera.

Nope never did. The more I learn about the restrictions in various places I get put off. But this year I might get one.

Wise move. The laws here have very little difference for even the sub 250 gram category UAV's, which is a ludicrous move for recreational users of them!.
