Dropped iPhone 7 Plus and it no longer works - need help!

Beat me to it, but yes, it sounds like the typical iPhone 7 Audio IC failure.

Also, replacing the screen requires moving the ear speaker to the new display, which could have been messed up in the process? Always a possibility.
