For those switching between iOS and Android devices…

How do you manage cloud based photo syncing. I primarily use iOS and iCloud Photos syncs nicely to Google Photos. Is there an easy way to get photos taken on android to sync to iCloud Photos (ie bidrectional sync between google and iCloud Photos?

Ideally I’d like to have all photos taken on mobile devices on both iCloud and Google Photos

I have onedrive set to download all photos on all my devices. I am OS agnostic so I use everything. Even on my linux machine I have onedrive set to automatically save images I save.

off topic, but how do you get onedrive to sync on Linux? It's the one thing that's stopping me mainlining linux on my windows laptop. I just need a cloud to sync my Uni work.

Same. My wife pays for Office 365 (or whatever it is called this week), so I get 1 TB "free" there. That's enough for my modest photo needs. I also have 5 TB with my Google One plan, but I might not keep that if I don't get another free year with the Pixel 11 Pro.

Yes, we have M365 Family. Works great. I have less than half my OneDrive storage used. I am building my server for when we get into our new house we will have lots of local storage for our business ventures. But M365 is probably the best deal out of all.
