This is what I'm hoping for too. That the PC version (at least) has old demos of their earlier versions. If they bundle that with a collectors edition then it'll be the first PC collectors edition I buy.

I would like to see that as well, it would be cool. I would love for DNF to turn out to be a game changing game; but it really isn't likely. DN3D was one of my favorite all time games (earlier DN's ranked up there as well); it is always sad to see your dreams die. LOL.

As long as the game has decent one-liners (and doesn't freeze my 360) I will enjoy it. I'm pretty sure Duke and Ash (Evil Dead/Army of Darkness) had as much influence on my sense of humor as anything as I grew up. Morally offensive = hilarious and I am grateful to have learned that lesson at such a young age

I think Gearbox is a good choice to bring this to market. They had some of the old crew from previous attempts and Borderlands had a LOT of style, and let's face it the Duke was always about style > substance. If Borderlands was that good as a rushed/unfinished product, then I can only imagine how good this game will be with decades of incubation time... lol
