iPhone Duplicate entries in spotlight search

Hey there,

I think my Spotlight search is broken. I get duplicate entries as well as my emails are not refreshing correctly. (Still see deleted messages)

I tried to disable all features and re-enabling them without further progress.

Any ideas how to fix this?

iPhone 6 / iOS 8.4
