No one had problems with using their Apple Card on IUP phones? I had to enter the number multiple times, then it finally went thru on the first phone, and denied the others.

Yep, very easy. Not happy seeing a Verizon upgrade service charge though.
Can you Call after you get the phone and all them to remove it? I think too if you order the carrier free one you can just pop in your sim with no charge.

Yep, same here. Easiest order I've ever mad on the store, only one problem, they have picked up an old delivery address not even on my account any more!!
Can I change the delivery address anywhere, the order is still pending.

I think that was the fastest I was in and out of the App with the pre-purchase all set up. Got the confirmation email at 8:03.

Every Pro model in China back ordered till Late October - early Nov. Luckily, I'm a Mini fan. Available for pick up launch day. The app process was fine. Took a minute or two as I read a few steps wrong (all in Mandarin). I forgot to add Applecare. It shouldn't be an issue at pick up. Next year should be bang bang as yall with upgrade plans mentioned earlier.

Wow, mine took forever... a good 20 minutes anyway. I was glad I pre-preordered. Well, I'm sure my life is still complete even without the latest iPhone, but whatever.

Lol, just looked at my emails for my two phones: 6:01am MDT.

Even faster than I thought. I knew it felt like 30 seconds, but wasn’t sure how many times I reopened the app waiting for it to allow the order. Apparently not many…

I found last year was super easy, this year not so much with 20 minutes of frustration as I first couldn’t get in, UK website kept crashing (502 Bad Gateway) or freezing then not excepting my payment method. I finally got finished on my iPad via Safar, but missed all the 24th delivery slots though did secure a pickup in-store slot instead so all is good. I just need to go lie down now lol

Yeah that was nuts, I was ready for battle, but then, I blinked and everything was done. Took literally 2 mins from the app.

Agreed - I was at the beach at the time and even on one bar of 3G I still managed to secure my Sierra Blue 13 Pro with no issues.

Nice:)

Yes, I have had the "ten minutes past" and no emtry happen to me in the past. This time, though, only 30 seconds delay. The web browser is the worst culprit. The app seems better at that.
Yeah over the years I’ve heard the browser being problematic while the app has been smooth sailing

Woke up at 5:24am went to the app and it lagged for a bit while going through the order.. probably 5 minutes total time with loading times. Will get it next Friday

13 Pro Max Sierra Blue 256G

I placed an order through the Apple Store app and got launch day delivery before remembering that I can get a military discount. Placed a second order through the military store and still got launch day, although I chose in-store pickup for this one since it's been so long since I've been in there. This is for a 256GB Pro in Graphite and I got my confirmation email at 10:07 central. Seems there isn't as much of a shortage as was predicted.
