It is really nice to see those ebay hacks getting what is coming to them, although if she did buy out the store I would hope the video would be of her getting pummeled by the people that really wanted the phone.

eBay seller pays $800 for #1 spot in line, missing ONE important piece of info

I would have felt bad if she wanted to buy several phones for personal use, but she planned on screwing everyone else over.
The ONLY eBay market I can really see for the iPhone is the international market where the people buying don't understand that the phone will be completely useless.

Lady shows up to AT&T store with $100,000 in cash, pays guy $800 for his #1 spot in line. Wants to buy out entire iPhone stock to sell on eBay, and is informed of limit 1 per customer.
Turns out guy who sold his spot got a phone anyways since there were three people in his group and they only wanted 2 phones.
Then he proceeds to buy completely unnecessary accessories.

the problem with ebay is not regular ebay sellers, but regular people who think they can do the same thing without knowing WTF they are doing.
that lady clearly talked to someone in her book club who told her that their sisters brothers cousin made a fortune on ebay selling some hot product. she probably heard about it the night before, that the iphone is going to be the next big "it" thing so she decided to go balls to the wall. the problem is she didn't do any research of her own. her along with ... oh... about 5000+ other people. iphones on eBay are a joke right now and most are ending with very little profit if not a loss after all the fees from paypal and eBay.
i am very interested to see what the numbers for the weekend are and what percentage of those are on eBay. i know my city sold about ~1500-2000 8GB this weekend and we have two apple stores and loads of AT&T stores.

HAHAHAHA!!! Wow, I sure would've loved to be the first guy in line. If that lady did walk out with all the iPhones in the store, there probably would've been a very good chance of her getting (well-deservedly) jumped by the entire line and everyone in line making off with free iPhones.
