Wow yall are making enabling the battery % harder than it is. All you have to to is install SBS, turn the numeric battery on and uninstall SBS if you don't want it and the battery % will still be there. Did this with my wifes 3g.

So the iPhone 3GS records video at almost 4x the resolution, between 2-5x the framerate, and using a much more advanced codec. I'd say they're pretty different, indeed.
I just got MMS working on the 2g iPhone for AT&T Blue mMode (for those on AT&T prior to becoming Cingular (orange)) using the following settings after modifying the M68AP.plist to turn MMS on.:
