I enabled this hack, and then a few days later, I couldn't check my visual voicemail. Anyone else having this problem? How would I fix this?

Wow yall are making enabling the battery % harder than it is. All you have to to is install SBS, turn the numeric battery on and uninstall SBS if you don't want it and the battery % will still be there. Did this with my wifes 3g.

The point is to enable it in the menu system so it's like the 3Gs.

I wonder what cycorder uses to record video? Can't be too different from what the 3Gs uses, surely?
Let's compare the two.

Resolution
Cycorder: 384×288
iPhone 3GS: 640x480 (almost four times greater)

Framerate
Cycorder: 6-15FPS (lighting/motion dependent)
iPhone 3GS: 30FPS (always)

Compression
Cycorder: MJPEG
iPhone 3GS: MPEG-4

So the iPhone 3GS records video at almost 4x the resolution, between 2-5x the framerate, and using a much more advanced codec. I'd say they're pretty different, indeed. ;)

MMS works on the 2G on AT&T Blue

I just got MMS working on the 2g iPhone for AT&T Blue mMode (for those on AT&T prior to becoming Cingular (orange)) using the following settings after modifying the M68AP.plist to turn MMS on.:

attachment.php

MMSC URL: http://mmsc.mobile.attwireless.net
MMSC Proxy: 010.250.250.100
MMSC Port: 9201

Other possible settings besides what I used includes:

MMSC Proxy: 010.250.250.055
MMSC Port: 8080

MMSC URL: http://mmsc.mymmode.com
