My fave so far? It's a tossup between the Aeropress and the moka pot. I just polished of 6 shots from the moka pot. Feeling good, Lewis!

A strong V60 filtered this morning on what looks to be a sunny, crisp day ahead. Very Xmassy here in London this weekend.

An interesting take on the eggs. I went with a scrambled egg, chorizo and avocado mash up this morning. All the essential fats with a piping hot coffee of the last of the Guatemalan bean I had.With my scrambled eggs and Tabasco sauce I'm enjoying a cup of Costa Rican with hot milk and brown sugar.
