I also have this case for my 11" M4. While I do like the protection and all of the different viewing angles it provides, I just do not like how heavy it is and I agree on the sharp edges. It takes away from the "naked device" experience. I had pretty much made up my mind to keep it but one thing that really bothers me is that that lining of the case around the front camera is not good. That part of the case is weak and it protrudes out showing the silver outline of the iPad. I most likely will return it just because of this.

I have not noticed sharp edges, even after reading about it here. I didn't notice the slight edge of the back of the iPad showing around the camera, either, but I am using the dark gray iPad, so it blends in.

I think the weight for some people will be the worst part, but that really only comes into play when you move from place to place. I could see my wife not wanting to haul this around on a daily basis and she would probably get something lighter if that was the case. I assume the weight is due to the magnets, so I am not sure there is a good solution for that without using less magnets and then possibly having it fall off the case/stand. The fact that it has the inner sleeve for hand held use pretty much makes it light and easy for me (I do not like holding a naked iPad. I prefer some protection around it in case it gets dropped).

Hopefully, there will be other options coming out soon to give everyone more to choose from.
