Apple advises against all virus tools, says they mess systems up and do not recommend anti
They say the CleanMyMac is really a good app to have but apple says no anti virus, that the OS is already safe.
This is what Apple says:
macOS - Security - Apple https://www.apple.com/macos/security/
Protecting against malware in macOS https://support.apple.com/guide/security/sec469d47bd8/web
Protect your Mac from malware https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/mh40596/mac
Apple - Business - Enterprise - Security https://www.apple.com/business/enterprise/security/

Getting less knowledgeable users to buy an app is not a scam. Good for you :)
Despite my personal opinion, I explained that your app is notarized by Apple and posted links were it’s featured by reputable websites. The VirusTotal links I posted above show that your app and websites do not trigger any warning.
But you seem to be stuck in a past feud with someone and VirusTotal.
I don’t have time to waste in this kind of discussion. Good luck!
I have no idea what your talking about, I was discussing this with Apple care on the phone a few times..
Sounds like you work for one of the companies and fear that I said something but its not my intention, I dont have time or want to share my opinion about a product, I ask around cause even Apple says there are things some people know how to do which they dont advise if I do not know programming, nothing to break a warranty just technical programming things with the terminal..I am just asking for a solution.
