Are you able to track the package already? It's still not finding it for me.

Check your order page? It should have the tracking info or link there. I only received the tracking SMS and Email about 10 minutes and 30 minutes after it showed up on the order page.
Amazon still nothing...but the page shows it's almost shipping
I don’t get any results either from my DHL tracking yet… lets hope it will work soon. DHL only does business delivery in Austria so this will be interesting.
Same message as you, normally it takes few hours for UPS system to update. It's generated but still needs to sync with their severs. I guess by this evening it will show up (I hope)
I did, the tracking number was generated, but UPS shows no results for that id. It may take a bit longer to update.
Tracking number was generated. I called UPS and they said the label has been created, but hasn't been picked up by driver. However, they guarantee it will be delivered tomorrow.
DHL has such a service.. Which is also much better then my choice, because it works more reliable.
For my iPhone it is DHL Express again. Delivery to Austria. But I also know other orders from friends which will arrive with UPS
really dont know what to do. Ordered from Worten, who are a massive Portuguese electrical company. Also ordered my SE watch from them. Both just after 1pm, prob 120pm for the iphone 14 pro, and 125pm for the watch.
was starting to get antsy about not getting emails, and it still saying preparing when i look up the order.
the very nice lady told me that they will start shipping out the watches from tomorrow, not that mine is definitely being shipped tomorrow but i will find out then.
the phone, she checked and came back and told me categorically, that Worten will start shipping them from 21 October!
i said this cant be right, everyone else is shipping them as we speak, but she was adamant that this was the case.
she says i can cancel the order at any time if i get elsewhere, but then i have to order and pay through say Amazon Spain and then see what their delivery date will be and i will be at the back of the queue so it might not be any better.

Very happy most of us are seeing movement now! Crossing my fingers everyone who is still waiting will also receive their phones in time 🤞🏻
If you have a physical Apple Store near you, my advice is to check inventory early tomorrow (or any day you're available) and to grab a phone there.
Sadly apple Portugal exists only as a website (which doesn’t deliver to the islands) so it’s either worten Fnac or istore. I’ll have a look in each next week in case maybe they get some stock
Did not knew they didn't deliver to the islands. Sounds BS from Apple to me.
a law was passed last year to make it illegal for companies with bases in portugal to refuse to deliver to the islands (both Madeira and Azores). however apple only has a website not a proper company so doesnt have to.
