yes, it's normal Apple comes with new status informations later this day;
in my case I got a SMS from DHL express about 7am with the first informations - 3 hours later Apple doesn't tell me this (still preparing for shipment)

Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow yet it says it’s still preparing to ship

Don't be anxious about it mate, if you have the delivery for tomorrow you will be fine

I remember that I got the tracking and the shipment update in the afternoon last year, and when I opened the tracking I saw that it was already in the hand of the courier early in the morning.

So very likely your iPhone is already moving and your tracking number is active, you just need to wait for Apple systems to update your status and and give it to you...

How did you access the UPS tracking info? Do you already have a ups order number?

I just have an account on UPS and whenever something linked to my email appears I see it. I usually see it before the brands send the tracking info

But is it even possible to arrive tomorrow by now? I don’t even know if it’s gonna ship from holland or Hong Kong, and to get to Scandinavia within 12 hours… cause it would need to be in my country by early morning in order to get to my door at the same day (tomorrow)

Tracking for EU orders always been available when the device is already in European facility. If you have Sep 22 delivery date and you live in a city of decent size it’s almost sure you will receive it tomorrow

I used the word "almost" because I understand the anxiety to not have it delivered tomorrow but in your situation I think is SURE to get it tomorrow.

Didn't had any problem with it. The only "issue" is the weight, that should be at bit better with the new 15 Pro because it's titanium and also has a different weight distribution.
