Same for Madrid, and has been for the past 20 minutes. Just cancelled my shipping (9-16 October) order and will be picking up at noon.

Nearly all iPhones are currently available through store pickup (Munich) ;-)

Same for Munich, available for store pickup today - I'm actually a little bit annoyed right now as my store credit just got charged and the order moved from "processing" to "preparing to ship".

Still, I have an estimated delivery date of 27.09. - 04.10. I guess it is to late now to cancel the online order and get a store credit refund in time. No option to cancel anymore.

My irrational hope is, that it will maybe delivered tomorrow now that the status has changed (similar to the launch day orders yesterday), since I'm traveling for work from Monday to Thursday 🥲
