Is it worth trying to contact DHL to ask if I can pick it up somewhere, at their depo or something? I mean if I can see on the tracking that the ipad is in my city tomorrow afternoon, but won’t be delievered to me before 25.05.

I’ve just spoken to an Employee of DHL Express. He said he's 100% sure that it won’t arrive tomorrow and it will arrive on Tuesday. That’s so disappointing, I’ve ordered 5mins after preorders went live and people whith UPS will get their iPad tomorrow. That’s gotta be a joke.

Just looked up an older order of mine, there the DHL-E Shipping Label was created 5.25pm and it arrived on the next day. The shipping label of the iPad was created a few minutes earlier so I am still hoping.

Wow, this is really disappointing if my order don’t arrive then. I am also in the Köln area, so why there is people with DHL and 25th and people with UPS and tomorrow if they are coming from the same warehouse?

My order was processed in Belgium 5 minutes later than my airtag pre order was. And the airtag order was delivered the next day. Don’t see why they can’t do the same this time……

Chill. The DHL employee see this, what you can see with tracking. They have no clue, sorry! I order so much at Apple and with DHL express, my packages came a day after shipping. And the delivery date says so often „comes in 3-4 days“ and then changes in the night to the day. Wait till tomorrow morning and the date will change

They have not only one warehouse. I get 3 packages and all of them from another city/hub.

OK, so there's finally movement. No email from Apple yet, but whilst writing this I got an SMS from DHL with a link that says 'Estimated delivery: Fri May 21 by End of Day'.

Now I just hope it arrives before I need to go out for my vaccination appointment, I'll probably need to leave for that at around 4:30pm. By all accounts it's already here in Prague where I am so it doesn't have far to go, but I've seen previous items go to Germany overnight from here and then back the next day. Seems crazy, but I'm no logistics expert so who am I to judge

Same, shipped and to be delivered tomorrow by the end of the day by DHL Express ?. I got an email and SMS. GL to our European fellows, hope you get it earlier than you think ?.
No way, second email! My Logitech Combo Touch order has changed from 8th June to tomorrow. Ok calm down calm down, it's just a thing...
BTW check your orders in browser, Apple Store app still says 21-28th May for iPP and 8th June for Logi case.

Yup, mine is coming tomorrow according to Apple. Delivery date changed from may 28 to may 21.
SG 12.9 512GB, payed with cc, order confirmation at 14.06 (so 6 minutes after available)
DHL is the shipper and they estimate delivery tomorrow ‘end of day’

I’m actually in almost the same situation (including being from Cologne) and still not seeing any movement on my iPad + Keyboard.

I’m from Bonn close to Cologne and finally got the shipping confirmation mins ago for my IPad Pro. My iPad Pro + AppleTV 4K will be delivered tomorrow by UPS, the Magic Keyboard in White via DHL Express.

DHL estimated delivery 25th in Oslo for me too..

thought I still belive we will receive it tomorrow, last express package I received from apple was on may 4th, and was shipped may 3th. the may 4th package was handled in Brussels at 21.23 on 3th, and I got my package 13.46 on 4th. my IPP was done handled in Brussels 19.50.. I can't understand how it won't be here tomorrow

Just wanted to share my excitement here in France, I ordered the iPad from the electronic reseller Fnac but it kept saying "Delivery 31/05" with no update until right now, when it suddenly said it was shipped! I should have it tomorrow, so stoked!

Yes, and I just got an email from Apple at 7:52PM (19:52) with a tracking number and shipped with DHL and delivery Friday according to Apple.. the tracking doesnt work yet thou on DHL..

Update: 9:18PM

DHL tracking now works! Looks like it is shipping from Eindhoven Label created. DHL doesnt have it yet.

Seems like DHL is moving deliveries to next week even in UK….
