iPhone evasi0n trouble and troubleshooting [MERGED]

Stuck performing my 1st JB

Good Day...

This is my 1st visit here and first attempt to JB an iPhone. Here's the details:

iPhone 5 - IOS Version 7.0.4 (11B544a), Model MD638LL/A, Modem firmware 5.02.00

Using evasi0n 7 Version 1.0.2 untethered.

Issue: The JB process stops with the following message and I don't know what to do: "To continue, please unlock your device & tap the new 'evasi0n' 7 icon."

Personally, I don't care about unlocking my phone, I just want to JB it.

On your phone, slide to unlock. There will be a new icon for Evasi0n.
Tap this icon and the rest of the JB process will continue.
 
Hi, my Iphone 5 is very often freezing when typing messages and such, after a few seconds it will start typing again. Sometimes I just lock the phone, re-enter and it start working again. Is this a 7.0.4 Jail Break known issue or my phone is starting to fail?
 
I'm curious to know if others are experiencing boot loops during power up on 7.1 beta 3 and Evasion 7 v1.0.3 on the 5s.

Although it eventually boots, my 5s continues to boot loot during power up. :(
 
I'm attempting to jailbreak but for some reason the evasion program closes itself down right before it finishes. I do the steps where I click on the evasion icon and I do the step where I unlock to continue but for some reason when it gets to the end it says "Modifying roofts" it closes out and the jailbreak doesn't finish. I have my find my iPhone and passcode turned off. Any ideas?

I've thought maybe I need to restore and do it but iTunes tries to download the 7.0.4 update even though its already on my phone (5 hours to do so). Any help is appreciated thanks.
 
Ipad mini retina cellular and did a fresh restore to 7.04. Cydia crashes when I tap it. It crashes again when I tap it. It will finally load after couple of tries. I did the thing in file where you delete some stuff to get it new again but it started doing it again. Anyone else with this problem? Kind of annoying but cydia does work but just crashes here and there.

Oh yeah wanted to add did fresh restore several times already and fresh jailbreaks and no other apps installed as well.
 
tried getting mywi and biolockdown on cydia. when trying to install, it gives me the requested modifications cannot be applied due to dependencies. what should i do?

Yeah, same. Does this mean it's not jailbroken at all or are the residual files left behind? I'm kinda confused as to what's going on.

When I did this, it just closed right at the end and the Evasion7 icon didn't go away.

So you device (what is it?) has a good internet connection but when it tells you on your mac to continue on your device it doesn't continue? Does it do anything? It really sounds like your phone/iPad is having problems connecting to the internet but I could be wrong.

What happens is everything is fine, I unlock the device and it continues (no passcode), hit the evasi0n app on the iPad and it does the reboot thing, but as soon as I unlock it the second time the evasi0n7 app on my Mac just closes with no warning. Did it several times in a row and I can't figure out why because it doesn't even give an error, it just closes.

I seem to be having problems with DMs on Twitter at the moment so can't get any answers. I will see what I can find out.

LOL yeah sorry I didn't specify that to begin with. But the announcements all said that 1.0.3 (and 1.0.4 by extension) are compatible with b3 so I tried 'er out. Apparently not quite yet.
 
Last night I had to undo my jailbreak because of an issue I was having in the texting app/facebook messenger app.

I was getting notifications from the Messenger app after I've read the message, my phone would vibrate and show me the notification even though it was multiple messages ago.

Also in the texting app, I would get text messages really late, or they would be doubled up.

I couldn't take it, so I restored my phone, but I miss my jailbreak, has anyone else had this problem, know of a fix because I really want to jailbreak again, but if it's going to happen again, I would rather not...

I had minor tweaks like Message Customiser, TinyBar, SwitchSpring, Barrel, Activator, HiddenSettings, and my phone was fine for like a week, it just started acting up last night, I resprung my device, shut my phone off, etc, but nothing fixed it.
 
iPhone 4s + evasi0n 1.0.4 + MacOS X 10.9. On last stage windows with evasi0n dissapear. On iPhone no Cydia icon, only evasi0n. Tried 2 times ((
