Also, when the new Sport bands arrive, we need a few comparisons to former bands to see how different / similar they really are:

Papaya vs. Spicy Orange (vs. Hermes?)
Delft vs. Denim or Royal or even Ocean Blue
Spearmint vs. Mint

And I‘m curious to see the Spruce Fog Nike bands (Sport as well as Loop) on a Gold Stainless Watch. Hopefully someone can show this off.

Just purchased the spearmint. I don’t have any band in that greenish mint color, so I’m excited! I rarely buy the bands at full price and normally wait for a gift card or something, but figured I should treat myself this time.

Papaya for me. The rest I need to see in real-life pictures.

As I‘m a sucker for blue bands, I now also ordered the Delft. Looks like a slightly lighter Ocean on the website, and I love Ocean. Looking forward to all the real-life pictures of the new bands!

I thought Delft looked more like Blue Horizon?

I ordered Hyper Grape & Cerulean sport loops & Black/Hyper Grape sport band.

Did someone say ALL the Nike bands are now reflective?

Just updated the chart with the new spring colors! Haha.

Also, after comparing the fall 2018 bands with their previous versions in real life, I discovered that only Black, White and Pink Sand have changed their colors. PRODUCT(RED), Midnight Blue and Stone are actually the same color. So the Red 3rd Gen, Midnight Blue 2nd Gen and Stone 2nd Gen in the previous chart don't really exist. Those are now removed.

Also, I haven't included the "Close Your Rings" employee exclusive sport loop yet. This band hasn't appeared on eBay, so I assume Apple hasn't started sending them out to employees. I'll probably add it in the next version.

I was just coming back to talk about the changes, but from my understanding, Product red Gen 1 & 3 say "product" on them, gen 2 does not. Gen 2 & 3 are actually the same color, but again one says product and one doesn't. I have both Stones..they are slightly different tints, I'm waiting to see on the Midnight Blue so I'd love to hear/see other comparison reports.
oh and THANK YOU for the chart!!!

How are we determining which sport bands (regular) are retired/discontinued? Looking at the app I don’t see the images for blue horizon, lavender gray, Nectarine, hibiscus, mellow yellow, pacific green. Some are sold out some aren’t, when I open another color I still the little color circles for 14 colors, but the shop bands opens only showing 9 colors.
Looking at the chart it indicates for example hibiscus is sold out in 44 and not even mentioned in 40. Pacific green is sold out in both sizes but still active on the chart... etc.
so.. when how.. do we say when a color is retired? I have a personal chart and am not sure what to do with some of these colors .. help appreciated :)

I think that anything that is newly released seems to generally be around for the season(approx. 2ish months), once their stock depletes they do not bring it back(they want to ramp down their inventory to make space for the next seasons colors). They have brought back a few colors in different styles but they dont seem to stick around.

Great, thanks for the new chart!!

But I have both Stones (old one + new one that came with Gold SS) and they are indeed different to my eyes. The new one is slightly "yellower" as I would describe it.

Thanks! I did notice the difference... but since their color is the same, I think it's better to have them in one column after all...

I compared my old version of Stone with the display unit of the new one in my local Apple Store, but couldn't see the color difference... maybe it's the lighting in the store? I guess I'll have to buy the new version to confirm. If the color is different, I'll add the 2nd gen back, haha.

Got my Hyper Grape in also. But, I notice a difference in color/weave from the velcro side. I can see it also in travis64's photos, especially in the reflective photo. Not sure I like that obvious difference.

The yellow under the Papaya orange is a little too light for me.
