Oh sure, this is the work around I have - i set it to 1m then click it, cancel the 1min timer and swap it to whatever tiem I wanted. Maybe Apples 'use case' deems that they wanted no prior time on there or that they wanted just the icon.

If anything I guess I was using it as a shortcut to the timer app that also kept the prior last used time on there and made a nice round looking watchface.

Drill down and choose it with a set time?

I dunno, I feel like the prototypes deserve to be worn. Could be alone on this. None of my pre-production rejects are pristine.
Fair - and it's only the Light Blurple one that isn't worn. I don't think my wife cares which are prototypes and which are regular bands. Perhaps if it was a more wearable colour I would wear it too, but it isn't one that I find goes with much. Like probably 75% of my collection.

In other news I picked up a series 7 Hermès at the weekend, which arrived today - it came with a Fauve Barenia and a Feu Epsom (both of which I already have; my S6 Hermès will be sold with the less good of the two Feu, and the Fauve will be a spare in case the crazy "let's stop associating with leather" thing extends to Hermès one day) it turned out the seller didn't mention it was a deployment buckle - nice bonus.

Downloaded! Now to let my collection sync...

On a similar note, anyone have their pre-orders ship yet? Delivery is supposed to be in 3 days and a lot of us apparently have them preparing for shipment.

I don't have any Apple.com orders coming, but my deal to buy Clay from China is stuck at the port awaiting customs I believe. Won't be getting it until they're all in stores.

Both my watch and bands are still preparing to ship for Friday delivery. Tracking by reference is only showing my phone at the moment.

Amazing work 🤩

Are we all in agreement that this is two generations of the same band? That's usually what we do for bands of the same name, however these two appear to be completely different colors.

If the 2023 Light Pink Sport Band is the same colour as on the iPhone 15 Pro Silicone Case with MagSafe of the same colour name, then they are completely different colours as I have the case ready & waiting for this weekend, and the Light Pink Sport Band in my collection.

not disagreeing but what's the line? Is it because they're different shades? different years?

And can you do a comparison?

sure but those are across different styles, these are the same name and same style. I think it's comfortable to call one first and one second gen?
Yeah my point is tangential to naming. But regardless of color what else can you do to distinguish bands of the same name and type? Can’t use years

My five fitted bands (colors not available in sport bands, all BSL) have been marked shipped! And thank Tim/Jeff/Sabih (the operations trinity)…via UPS and not the mangy regional gig company!
