Bandbreite's entry says Spring 2024, so this confirms from Apple's article that it was released in January, Winter 2024. @choreographics , can you please update the entry on the encyclopedia? Thank you.
Well winter doesn’t exist as a season into the new year. It used to denote bands that came out separate from the September drop before Apple went to just fall/spring.

Tanks for clarifying how Apple does Winter band releases. I was about to think it was Spring if it had a February release.
The Bloom came out quite early. Usually Black Unity drops closer to the middle of Black history month. Just depends on the overall ramp calendar and them liking clumping stories together.
February is always black history month, so Apple releases these bands around that time.
Black Unity release dates:
January, 17 2024 — Unity in bloom
January, 18 2023 — Creativity and community. Woven together.
January, 26 2022 — Future. Forward.
January, 26 2021 — A celebration of truth, power, and solidarity.
Although it may not technically be Spring, it is mentally associated with the beginning of the year and the upcoming Spring Collection in March. That's why I have chosen to refer to Spring for all entries.

It’s interesting that the release dates are around the same time. Apple usually announces these bands with an official press release and collaborates with Black artists to design them.
