I am sorry for your experience. It's tricky and involves the sync between iPhone and iCloud, but as of now, I could not narrow it down to completely solve it. Sometimes, it just needs time, a retry might help.

Still have this issue after I restart the app ⚔️ on Apple Watch. App is syncing via iCloud. Should I restart my Apple Watch ⌚️?
