The 2d generation Starlight on the rose gold AW10 I bought during the $299 sale a few weeks ago. I like this Starlight much more than the previous one; it seems more creamy tan than gray. Thanks to @athousandbands for the comparison photo he posted awhile back, which convinced me to try the new Starlight. (It probably didn’t help that all the Gen1 Starlights I’d seen on public AW display racks had been handled by a million grubby fingers 😬)

Ah that’s good to know, thanks… I was a size 7 in solo loops before but now I guess I’ll be like a 6 or 5 or something… might have to buy a couple cheap ones to try out… easier than driving all the way to the apple store from here!
Got it! Did you get your wrist measured for the solo loop by a Specialist in the Apple Store or you printed out the measurements tool on your own? I had mines tried on at Apple Store and I’m a size 2 to 3. 3 the most comfortable for solo loops.
Steer clear of the knockoffs they have buckles and bad quality. You really need the real deal for that variant of straps.

Talk to Apple about it, they decide what colors we get as far as official bands every six months haha
If you want true blue they have a yarn band for the low low price of 450usd

I did get it measured at the Apple Store some years ago and it seemed I was in a similar position… between 6 and 7, but 7 fit much more comfortably… according to Apple’s website the recommended going with the smaller size because apparently they stretch out? But with the Ultra I think the 6 will probably fit just right.
Hmmm I’m not sure… I used to have the braided pink and green ones (forget the exact color names)… but I’m thinking black this time around…
How are you enjoying the leather link? I saw one for sale in saddle brown and thought it was beautiful! I almost got it, but wasn’t sure if I’d like it or if it would work well with the ultra…
Hey there! Have you heard of Bandbreite? It’s an awesome app created specifically for Apple Watch users like you. Download it on your iPhone and search for braided solo loops. Once you find the colours you’re looking for, let me know! Each colour strap has a name.
You can also keep track of your favorite straps and make wish lists based on them. Oh, and guess what? The creator of this Apple Watch band encyclopaedia app is also the OP!
If you find it marked down to under $15, grab it! I got mine for $12 or 10 quid. 💷 Keep an eye out for deals at the store whenever you have a chance to stop by!
This is my favourite strap to wear for special occasions or even just lounging around. The magnets are strong enough, and it’s like a leather loop but easier to put on. With AWU, it’s a great choice! @JBlass421 can show you a few pictures of his Apple Watch Ultra 2 with these straps. He’s a great guy!
