Gotta be in it to win it
Are you blind? :D

The UI is all messed up, see the photo I attached to that post and compare with yours :) and that happens a lot, after closing (thru app switcher) and restarting the app it goes back to normal...
iOS is littered with bugs because of some display glitch in the weather app? Actually had too look a few times to see the issue and I can't reproduce it.

Annoying App Switcher bug -

Be inside an app.
Activate App Switcher.
Immediately start swiping up an app to close it BUT hold it in place.
It'll return to its original position, and you need to take finger off screen to re-swipe it.

I presume this is because the animation completes and it causes this. Above can replicate it every time, but it happens frequently just closing apps normally.

Happens on my 5S, 6S, and iPad Mini.

If I saved screenshots of all UI glitches I find I would have no space on my 16gb iPhone :)

Anyway my point is that if a weather app as simple as apple's one has bugs for at least 2 years now.

Also I hated iOS 6 with a passion (specially after trying the new look from iOS 7) but I have to say it was 100 times more stable and had less pesky bugs than it has know.

Again this is not just about iOS, software in general lately has become more unstable with the demand for new features every year. I would love it Apple would work on 1 or 2 features each .x release instead of yearly overhauls. Obviously I also understand why they do this (for the 3rd party developer point of view yearly big releases is easier).

Anyway back to the main point, iOS 9 weather app has lots of bugs and give me a few days and I will post others here (from that app).

Edit:
Not even a few minutes and found another, if you have personal hotspot on and open weather the app doesn't scale properly. Look at the bottom of you can't see it :)

After swiping to another city the hamburger to choose other cities is gone:

As an example here's how scaling should work by a third party app:

This bug has been present on iPhone 6 since iOS 9.0.2(it may have been present before but have only noticed it since then). It is STILL present today in iOS 9.2.1:

Summary:
When Assistive Touch is enabled on the iPhone 6, Siri is not accessible (the Siri circle icon is greyed out so you cannot select it) unless you turn Assistive Touch off and then back on again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on iPhone 6.
2. Open Settings app
3. Tap on General
4. Tap on Accessibility
5. Tap on Assistive Touch
6. Toggle the Assistive Touch switch so that it is on.
7. Tap on the Assisitive Touch icon - you will notice that the circle for Siri is greyed out (nothing happens when you tap on the Siri circle).
8. Toggle the Assistive Touch switch so that the feature is off.
9. Toggle the Assistive Touch switch so that the feature is enabled again.
10. Tap on the Assistive Touch circle
11. You will now notice that the Siri circle is now enabled.

Expected Results:
When you turn on the iPhone 6 and turn on Assistive Touch, Siri should be able to be selected but it is not - you need to turn Assistive Touch off and then back on again for Siri to be enabled.

Actual Results:
When I first enabled Assistive Touch, the Siri icon was greyed outso it did not respond when tapped. Only when then turning Assitive Touch off and then back on again, did the Siri circle become 'live', so it could be selected.

Trivial or minor UI bugs or glitches will usually be around. The generally more severe and/or more important functional/security/stability/performance issues need and usually get more attention.

My point is how Apple can't fix such a trivial bug for 2 years now?
