Maybe it doesn't support itself? Maybe nanoseconds after taking the picture, the shelf collapsed crushing everything below it...

anyway...back on topic...
I've updated my setup quite a bit since the last time I posted it (many pages ago). I got this terrific mouse, the Logitech VX Revolution, I think it's the best mouse ever made, it feels terrific in my hand and has a bunch of cool features. I also got a new LCD, it's a Compaq 15" display, but I can't complain because I got it really cheap. Sorry about the quality on one of the pictures, the first one on my digital camera didn't come out good at all and it had run out of batteries so I had to take it on my cameraphone.

setups I've seen in quite a while. Warms my heart!>Man if I wasn't so close to connecting 3 dots to obtaining 1 of my personal goals & dreams I'd be like you right now with a similar setup towards my long time 1st love/goal music composition/production/playing.
May I ask what music you score/compose and your aspirations where such a setup will take you? Also what instrument do you play?
haha thanks.At the moment i'm only using this setup to mix projects (audio wise) as i work with local bands.
I usally take them to a proper studio for tracking. Having it at home helps those mornings when
i'm wide awake at 3am so jump on a jam on my guitar.
I take it you are quite interested in music, do you compose?
P.S Toronto is beautiful! i was there last January, i wish i was back there.
Yup Toronto is a beauty - imagine no snow on Xmas or NewYears Eve/Day (first time in over 30yrs ).
No I don't compose music - but I've been aspiring to do so for way too long > life changes & the lack of funds to initiate in the process prevented that from happening (no I don't need the excuse hehe). However, I had fun in planting that bug in a former friend that occasionally played drums (very great at it really), and helped him realize he could aim for so much more (DJ'ing was what he began himself).
I grew up playing the ALTO saxophone as my major instrument, but also learned to play BASS, Tenor & Soprano Sax (dual reed) as their ALL the same instrument - fingering wise). Now I'm after electric guitar! I gotta jones to play those funk songs so that is Aprils' purchase.
Keep an eye out on those bands > even if a young soloplaying artist just doing it for school that has talent & doesn't realize it. Don't be afraid to mix sounds into non-traditional realms. Thinking of having a local tween play her Harp for after-school lessons (not a full scale just a small one) while I record. (think of that voilin sounding guitar that Whitesnake had in the track In The STill of the Night).

The macbook is my sisters. I stole her box thought to try to conceal some of my wiring which needs to be worked on.
The HiFi is excellent. I love it. Its a great value. It kicks the crap out of my bose wave radio.
