Saw the third beta was released. Will be testing this evening. Hopefully it resolves the push exchange issue, although I didn’t see anything about it in the release notes. Anyone tested it yet?

Seems to be working with Citrix Secure Hub and Azure services are working as well.

Working here for me also thus far. Exchange from my own domain pushed via Google Business or Apps for Work .. or whatever the F they call themselves this month.

It worked until I paired my Apple Watch. Does anyone else have an Apple Watch on Watch os5?

The push exchange issue started since my iPhone 7 was updated to iOS12 Beta 2 and still persist after it was updated to Beta 3.....

Appeared to work after the update, but now it seems to not be pushing email again. I guess I might have to put it back on fetch for a couple more weeks.

I think we use the same MDM and push is still working for me.
The weird thing was that after I updated to b3, I had to enter my Exchange password again. Try re-entering your login credentials under settings-->accounts and see if that fixes it.

I get email when I open the app, so my credientals are correct. I will give it a try to see if it makes push start working though, can’t hurt to try.

PB 2 appeared to fix the issue for me. Emails aren't being pushed as quick as they were on iOS 11, but they are at least, coming without needing to refresh the inbox

I refreshed my password for my work exchange account so that it would refresh the credentials and that appears to help get it to push all test email I sent myself.

Apple actually responded to my feedback asking if it was resolved in beta 3 as the code was updated in beta 3 to fix exchange issues.

Update: now it appears after 30 minutes or so that it is not pushing new mail unless I open the mail app.

I got the same response from Apple so at least they're aware of the issue. It still seems to still be working for me but today's a very light email day as most people in my company are off. I'll wait to respond since Monday should be a real test to see if it's fixed or not.

I remember back when testing iOS 11, I had the same issue. It turned out to be related to VPN connections. Out of curiousity, does anyone else’s MDM also use VPN on demand like Citrix Secure Hub does?

so i got a additional response today on the multiple bug reports i submitted for Exchange issues related to ( at least) my companies MDM solution, and emails not syncing. They requested i install a few diag profiles that allows them to collect even further logs/data related to mail and sync. this all came after telling them the issue was not resolved in DB3. Nice to see Apple taking this seriously and trying to collect and fix it.

That’s good news. I saw the official 11.4.1 dropped and in the change notes it stated having more reliability with exchange. Hopefully all this culminates to ios12 exchange being fixed.

Another beta out..... anyone test yet?

It’s working for me at the moment. But it worked right after installing beta 3, too, and then stopped. (Apple contacted me and requested diagnostics after beta 3, which i supplied).

Fingers crossed.

Same, so far so good. After apple wanted more diagnostic info i didn't seem to have an issue anymore either. i let it log for a few days and then sent it off to them..

I will have to keep an eye on this if it is working for more people then. I left the beta since I needed exchange to be working. If it is working now, I would rejoin it since ios 12 was otherwise working great on my X.

I’d definitely hold off for a couple of days until the verdict is in. So far for me it’s still pushing, but I won’t trust it for sure until it has a couple days under its belt.
