Unless I misunderstood your question, that is what ezFiles is primarily about. The WiFi Hard drive is an added benefit. The primary use of this app (in our opinion) is the remote access capability.

You can connect via VPN to a corporate (or home) network. Whether you are on a WiFi network or 3G/EDGE. After that, start ezFiles and connect your a computer inside the network.

With AFP (Apple File Protocol), you do not need to do any of that to access Time Capsule and Airport Extreme disks.
To access a MAC OSX inside your home network without a VPN, you will need to forward TCP port 548.

Ahh... great to hear that ! that makes it even wonderful ;)

Dear Developer(s),

I'm interested in obtaining a code and trying your app. Warning: I've tried and/or continue to use them all, e.g., MobileMe, Readdle, Dropbox, etc.

As a Creative Director I must sync+share with my staff, clients and vendors constantly, in an absurd range of static and motion media, all from my iPhone. But good luck making revisions on the fly, right?

If your app can improve my status quo--its speed isn't as critical as its simplicity and reliability--I'll become an example of your human marketing solution.

Can you contact us at ezfiles [at] antecea [dot] com so we can discuss your requirements in more detail?

Antecea, I intend on reviewing your app, however, I have to tell you that this is amazing. I am not using it for file sharing or anything like that as I use and love Air Share for that. However, I just streamed a movie from my NAS drive over my WIFI with no issues whatsoever. I am simply in awe with this as this is the one thing I was dying to do with my phone for quite some time.

I am sure there are other apps like this, or not, but this is simply remarkable. Thank you for the promo code.

I am curious, how does this app differ from ezShare Pro?

Glad you liked the streaming, but I am now very curious why you think Air Sharing is better for file sharing? This is not to put them down. They are probably a good file sharing app, but we would like to understand why you think its better?

Our aim with ezShare Pro is to provide a one stop app for all file access needs. It supports SMB, AFP, SFTP, FTP, HTTP (iDisk etc), HTTPS, NFS (linux), Google Docs, Google Picasa, upload to facebook, printing using SMB, Wake on LAN etc etc. Its priced at $7 right now, but after the next update the price will double.
We wanted an app that can still be affordable for most users ...hence ezFiles.

Thanks for the info about ezShare Pro. I love the idea of that.
I made no implications that Air Share was better per say, just that I've been using it for at least a year now and I'm just used to it. However, what Air Share hasn't done for me (mostly because I never cared to look) was connect to my NAS. I kid you not when I say it was so easy with your App. Now it has crashed twice, once because I think I pissed it off and another out of nowhere. However, it is truly amazing. Now if I can figure out how to perhaps access them over 3G ... that's another day.

I'm considering purchasing ezShare Pro after your explanation.
