When you click 'like' does your iPhone hang for like 5 secs or so? Or is it just mine.

Don't have this problem. It is pretty much instant here.

Anyone else experiencing instant (3-5 seconds after the app starts up) crashing upon launching the Facebook App? It doesn't even update statuses/newsfeed/etc. before the crash.

This just started happening today out of nowhere.

I've already deleted it and redownloaded it, but it didn't help......

No, you are not alone.....my friends and i have had the same problems with the facebook app....and even when we open it it freezes...i've shut down my phone i don't know how many times and it STILL happens...they need to fix it. fo' sho. lol. anyways....just wanted to let you know other people are experiencing this problem as well.

Mine is crashing to... I have another issue when i log in on my fb app then close the app (without loging out) when i open it back it always put my chat status back to online even know i put it offline before closing the app... I mean i wanna go online when i feel to... Not every time i launch the app..anyone is having the same problem that i have?

I think its time for a new Facebook update. I can't believe Joe left us hanging without giving up push notifications. smh. I have no idea who's in charge of the Facebook app now. Who knows? We may never seen an update for it since its FREE.

FB keeps crashing when I upload a photo or my status, anyone having issues?

I've been able to avoid the status update crash so far by staying in portrait or landscape mode without rotating during. If I'm in portrait when the keyboard comes up and then rotate to landscape while entering text, I'll crash when submitting. Might see if it helps you to stay in one or the other.
