There it says a family plan w/ regular phone is $90/mo. $80 iPhone family plan, plus $9.95. It comes out to the same as the regular family plan minus the data plan.
Well, after hashing this out in Excel, I'm now about 95% sure that my fears have been confirmed--we WILL have to pay $30 for the second line of a so-called "family plan," unlike AT&T's standard plans which include the 2nd line in the price. It would also seem that the iPhone plans are mostly AT&T's standard plans available now. Here's a graph that I made for comparison purposes (feel free to repost):
