FedEx is absolutely awful. I had a similar thing happen to me. I had my iPad Pro Nano that was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of May. FedEx said it was out for delivery so I waited all day for it and nothing. The next day it was "Out for Delivery" and again, it wasn't delivered. It finally got delivered on the 28th of May. Made me so mad.

This happens all the time with FedEx. I don't ever have issues like this with UPS.

FedEx sucks. Especially FedEx ground. These idiots toss my package out at the end of the driveway and make a note that my gate was locked. I have no gate and my instructions in the FedEx app says to leave at the front door.

UPS is awesome but sometimes you have no choice.

That’s a huge generalization; I’m sure there are bad UPS drivers and good FedEx drivers too….

That said, I totally agree with you. I’d rather take a beating than use FedEx 😬

‘I agree, people come in all flavors, but when your security camera shows them tossing your box out by the street . . . . .

FedEx hires the lowest of life forms for their FedEx Ground service!
Part of the trouble with FedEx Ground, specifically, is that FedEx DOESN'T hire them. Local contractors bid to handle home delivery, and FedEx goes with the lowest bidder. Who of course, hire the lowest paid workers. What could go wrong?

FedEx Express service is FedEx employees, as are all UPS drivers UPS employees (or most anyway - they might hire some contractors in some locations, dunno, but around here they're all UPS employees).

I can't believe that you're still waiting. I wonder if there is some internal investigation into location workers and missing packages.

‘The FedEx ground workers are driving large FedEx box trucks, sub contractors or not. They are lower life forms.
