Just because I don't see any doesn't mean it doesn't exist. But it is a fact that with my 6 and 6s, my 6s is much faster on 9.3.2 compared to the 6 on 8.4.1. Everything on the device was pretty much the same across the board.
Now I'm on 9.3.3 and everything is perfect. No complaints at all.

And, sure, someone not seeing something doesn mean it might not be there to one degree or another for someone else, for whatever reason. Just as someone seeing something doesn't necessrily mean that everyone experiences it as well, or that those who don't expeience it are basically just making things up.
