Searching doesn't find anything either.
I find this incredibly frustrating. Why did they put the Search feature in there when it constantly fails to find anything?

I had hoped that Search would be able to return results across all of the connected storage clouds, but it only seems to give any results on iCloud, and even then very inconsistently.

Strange, search works fine for me. I use it every day and it always finds the file I am searching. Mind you, I only search iCloud files.

I know this was a very excited feature for iOS 11...even I was a tad excited about it.. I think I’ve opened it one time lol. Don’t really see the point
I tried to use it once as a drop type feature and couldn't do it. Looked at it for a minute and asked why it was created and what it's purpose was.

I'm pretty tech savvy too. lol.

I take this back the words of my previous post as Files has annoying bugs. For example copying a file from iCloud to a WebDav share often does not work. Sometimes restarting my iPad helps. Sometimes the folders are not displayed under WebDav in which case restarting Numbers helps. I don’t feel I can work seriously this way.
