It is, I had to do a search for the apple watch to get it to pre-order.
Got the Iphone Xs Max 512gb GOLD (apple store app)! and the 44MM Stainless Steel Gold applewatch(bestbuy) as well.
Both will deliver on 9/21
I think the pricing is holding a lot of last year buyers off.

I did it on the app and it has my billing info. I have it for pick up and my daughter is getting this and paying, can i switch at the store on who's paying?

How can I change shipping address? Would rather have it shipped to my work. In my orders it says “Your order can’t be changed at this time. If you’d like to make changes to this order please try again in a few hours”

Would I be able to change an item on the order ... or remove an item on the order? ... had it in an order with the watch ... watch is correct cant make a new order though because its already asking for more than i have on that card by doubling up
I messed up mine too (with Apple) though with me it was just the date, or rather stupidity.
I got my reservation to pick mine up on launch day, lovely, no problem. Oh but wait, we won’t be here until the following Monday.
Despite the fact I’ve been doing this every year, for every iPhone. Did I remember the store would just hold it for me until I went in? No, like a complete cockwomble I cancelled my order and couldn’t get a new one in for 5 minutes. So I have to wait a week now

It depends. Sometimes your order can go straight through from ‘processing to preparing for shipment’, if that happens, they can’t cancel your order for you. You will have to watch the status of your phone to see what stage it’s in before you can try to cancel it. If it is in the processing stage, you can manually cancel your order off Apple‘s website, not the mobile app.
Apple store app was really late this year, didn't open up for me until about 3:10 am EST. Thankfully it doesn't seem like scarcity will be an issue this year.
I'll have UPS hold my phones and pick them up. better than waiting around all day for them to show up. Unless they come FEDEX. Then I'll just have to see where I would have to pick up.
