I feel for those who can't get over the look. Their benefits outweight the looks, ten-fold. Get over the looks, & a liberating/practical solution to streaming music, videos, podcasts etc. awaits.
I feel like that is what happens when you get any bluetooth earphones honestly. Growing up skating and always having wired headphones right when I went bluetooth it was a huge insane feeling of freeness.
Well not exactly the first time I dont think bluetooth was that great till jaybirds blubud x a few years back as they felt like a big step up in music quality and performance. I tried bluetooth before this and the music was choppy, sound quality was ehh and it was uncomfortable.
I really dont mind the small wire behind my head and how slim the freedoms feel in my ears with memory foam tips. I like sound isolation and the time ive had with apples open design kills sound quality for me. The sound quality of the freedoms or the x2/x3 kills the AirPods. Im sorry there is no contest here which is my MAIN reason why I want to keep them.Apples are nice if you like semi decent sound with convenience but I cant get passed the tampon hanging out of your ear look.
Apple should of made these better designed instead of just basically cutting off the cable on the current free headphones in the box of our iPhones. Its really a shame the way they went with this. Reminds me of the older bluetooth headsets in a way too. White doesn't make things any better here. Only thing I want from this package is S1 chip. Everything else doesn't do it for me.
