Does this open up the possibility of Kodi (XBMC), if released in a form that would be installable by Xcode?

I use the BuildStore to install emulators on my Device, but some don't work as well as their jailbroken counterparts (PPSSPP for example) due to no access to low level system calls - would these apps be subject to the same restrictions?
