Firefox: latest build loses scrollbars?

Has anyone had problems with the latest Firefox 89.0 build?
I find the scrollbars mainly don't work and I have to use PgUp and PgDown buttons to see content.

Am I missing something or is this a problem with the new build?

I'm running 89.0. Scrollbar visibility is controlled in the Mac's Settings>General>Show Scroll Bars. I just switched from "When Scrolling" to "Always" and now they're there in FF and working fine.
