MP 1,1-5,1 Fix for Mac pro 5.1 random shutdown

How would I test a logic board by powering on outside the enclosure? The test button only gives a standby signal without the on switch.
Is there another way to simulate the on switch?

There are 2 pads pon near the plug for the front board

Actually the red mark is incorrect. Its to the left of the red marker, where the sys_pwr label lies.

Its from Apple's technician guide.

But resolution is not good enough to zoom in and check.

It works, I jump started a few times. But cant remember the exact position, I just looked with strong glasses and good light.
