I have a headache just to think of changing all the icons again when Yosemite comes out. But we finally got what we wanted: a flatter OS X! I think it will go perfectly with Arn0's icons.

This is how it looks on my iMac now (Mavericks without Flavour):

(Tried to make Alfred look like Yosemite Spotlight )

I really like the trash icon. It was already amazing in earlier OS X versions but this one is even better I think.

I corrected mistakes I made with the shadows in several icons, changed the Growl icon and added a yellow version of TextWrangler.

Does anyone know how to get the Microsoft Silverlight Icon to customize? All other apps work for me but it won't let me drag/edit the icon for this app.

The Silverlight object in the program folder is an alias, therefore you need to find the original object and change the icon there. You can find the original by right clicking on the alias and then choose Show Original (or Command+R instead).
Change the icon and then make a new alias to replace the object in the Programs folder.

BTW Miro video converter is in the icon set I made.
